There is a secondary meaning that ties into the history of the neighborhood: it is where ancient craftsmen worked large stone vessels serving as part of the leather tannery process. Today, the light filled restaurant overlooking the Parc will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Chef Santi Taura and his team will oversee all the food and beverage operations at hotel El Llorenç Parc de la Mar, including the rooftop terrace, bar and room service menus.
