Residence Inn by Marriott Atlanta Duluth/Gwinnett Place is excited to announce a comprehensive guest room and public space renovation to be completed early summer 2019. They are owned by New Century Group, LLP and managed by Aimbridge Hospitality.

The renovation involves updating all guest rooms to the new Residence Inn décor package, Neuhaus. Included in the renovation are the guest rooms, meeting space, fitness center, pool, and public spaces. These spaces will receive updated furniture, improved layouts, new lighting, wall coverings, carpeting, plush bedding, and more. The hotel is built for the frequent and extended stay business traveler, as well as leisure guests. Key highlights of the makeover include improved variety and higher quality of public space seating, as well as welcoming décor with a modern and sophisticated color palette. Upgraded exterior incudes new paint, updated pavement, a new roof, and better lighting. The renovation is being completed by Florida-based hospitality renovation company The John Hardy Group.

Residence Inn by Atlanta Duluth/Gwinnett Place is central to Atlanta/Duluth attractions such as Infinite Energy Center, Atlanta Botanical Gardens, Aurora Theatre, and a short drive to Lake Sidney Lanier Islands. The hotel is also only 30 miles from Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson International Airport.
