Jaz in the City Dubai

Jaz in the City to conquer Dubai! The fourth hotel to operate under the Jaz in the City lifestyle brand will open in the United Arab Emirates in 2022. After establishing locations in Amsterdam, Stuttgart and Vienna, the Jaz Crew will be setting up shop right next to Dubai's historic souks and within the immediate vicinity of the famous Dubai Creek.

Music lovers from all over the world will very much feel at home in the 253-room hotel. Live acts, a record studio and a large range of F&B options including a soul food restaurant will all provide great opportunities to meet and mingle. As well as a pool, a gym and three multifunctional conference rooms, there will be a further Jaz in the City stand-out feature in the form of a top-end roof top bar. 234 of the 253 rooms will be so-called In tune rooms (Standard). There will be 13 Bass Rooms (Junior Suites) and six Offbeat Rooms (one-bedroom suites).

The hotel is being developed in the Deira quarter, the historical centre of Dubai on the South-East coast of the Persian Gulf. Both the international airport and the Dubai World Central Airport are easily accessible by public transport.

The project is being realised in conjunction with the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD).

Jaz in the City is Deutsche Hospitality's lifestyle brand. The first Jaz Hotel opened in Amsterdam 2015, and the second was launched in Stuttgart in January 2018. Vienna will follow in 2020. The brand stands for innovation, creativity and the highest auditory experience.
