Bill Rooney of Bill Rooney Studio Inc was commissioned to drive the design aesthetic of the Hotel's public spaces and guest rooms.

World Renowned Zuma Restaurant Debuts in Boston
Global dining sensation Zuma has arrived in Boston at One Dalton Street in a space that is as much a feast for the eyes as the menu is for the palate. Tokyo-based Noryoshi Muramatsu of Studio Glitt created a space inspired by the four elements of earth, fire, water and air and includes gigantic stone boulders from Thailand among richly textured furnishings lit by bamboo lanterns. The dishes themselves are designed to be shared from Zuma's three open kitchens: the main kitchen, sushi counter and robata grill.

Leading the culinary team in collaboration with Corporate Executive Chef Oliver Lange is Chef Helmy Saadon, who comes to Boston by way of Zuma locations in Dubai, New York and Abu Dhabi. The culinary team has added many local touches to the menu, taking particular advantage of the Atlantic Ocean's bounty throughout the menu of skewers, tempura, sushi, sashimi, maki rolls and more. Zuma's bar features contemporary cocktails and more than 70 different sakes.

Also located on the second floor is One + One with its floor-to-ceiling windows, an ideal place to start the day tucking into fresh and healthy favourites such as the strawberries and cream muesli and just-pressed juices, or for those who wish to indulge, Hotel Executive Chef Ellis Chong's signature chicken & waffles. The restaurant is also open for lunch, a welcome respite from a busy day of working, shopping or gallery hopping.

As always, Four Seasons also offers a comprehensive 24-hour in-room dining menu for private meals or intimate entertaining.

More to come: Back Bay's newest after work meetup for handcrafted cocktails and evenings over shared plates of modern New England fare with friends will be Trifecta Lobby Bar, located within Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston, opening soon.
