A multi-million dollar, full-scale renovation was completed on Four Points by Sheraton Sacramento International Airport, located just five miles from the Sacramento International Airport (SMF) and six miles from downtown Sacramento. The six-month project included an exterior refresh, new signage, elevated landscaping, fully-upgraded guestrooms including vanity sinks, new mattresses, Double-Double to Queen-Queen, brand-new desks, carpeting, and glass door showers. The revamp of the 14,000 square feet of meeting space included new lighting, flooring, and upscale amenities for an elevated meeting and events experience. The property is owned by JMK Investments and managed by Evolution Hospitality.

The hotel's clean and modern design is captured in each of the 100 guestrooms with upgraded furnishings, drapery, and pops of color throughout the space in blue, white and gray. Guestroom bathrooms also feature upgraded glass showers and floors with new tile and marble vanities. Guests can enjoy microwave and mini refrigerators, a 32-inch LCD TV with premium cable options and Smart TV functions, and spacious desks with comfortable chairs for an optimal workspace.

The three newly-refreshed meeting rooms, Natomas, Rivers Ballroom, and the Grand Palace, were each outfitted with fresh carpeting and expansive windows offering plenty of lighting and an inviting atmosphere. Amenities include complimentary Internet and guest parking. This space is ideal for larger meetings, reunions, weddings, social gatherings and other events for up to 450 attendees.
