Hilton Opens New Dual-Brand Property in Denver

Hilton announced today its newest property, the dual-branded Tru by Hilton Denver Airport Tower Road and Homewood Suites by Hilton Denver Airport Tower Road, bringing a total of 186 new rooms to the Denver area. The dual-brand hotel enters a market that welcomed more than 31 million visitors for the third straight year in 2018.*

Owned by DIA Yampa Street Development, LLC, and managed by Baywood Hotels, Tru by Hilton Denver Airport Tower Road and Homewood Suites by Hilton Denver Airport Tower Road are both located at 6951 N Yampa St., offering guests convenient access to downtown Denver, Mile High Stadium, Elitch Gardens, Coors Field and the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. A complimentary shuttle service to and from Denver International Airport is available.

The dual-brand concept creates enhanced and larger communal areas than what would be standard at a single-branded property, benefiting both business and leisure travelers. The hotel has two distinct dining areas - each catering to the needs of their respective guests - as well as a shared 24-hour fitness center, an outdoor grill area and an indoor heated saline pool. The hotel also offers flexible meeting space that can accommodate up to 90 people including standing room and a bar serving drinks and light bites in the lobby that will be open from 5 p.m. to midnight daily.
