The Hotel Group (THG), a leading national hotel management and investment company, announced today it is expanding its portfolio with the addition of the Hilton Garden Inn Redmond, located in Redmond, Washington. The property is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2020 and will be THG's seventh Hilton branded hotel in the Pacific Northwest.

The six-story, 177 room property, located in the heart of Redmond, will offer guests an ideal balance of modern amenities and warm design. Redmond is well known as the home of Microsoft headquarters and the bicycle capital of the Pacific Northwest. Additionally, the hotel benefits from proximity to Marymoor Park, King County's oldest and largest park, featuring exciting events on over 600 acres. Guests will enjoy Hilton Garden Inn's signature bedding, in-room hospitality centers which feature Keurig Coffee and miniature refrigerators, guest laundry and Wi-Fi throughout the building and grounds. With over 2,400 square feet of flexible meeting space, including outdoor areas, the Hilton Garden Inn Redmond will be ideal for local corporations like Nintendo, AT&T Mobility, and T-Rex Solutions. With our uniquely branded on-site restaurant, Fork + Spoke, guests and locals can expect thoughtfully prepared and locally inspired dishes along with award-winning Washington wine and beer. Fork + Spoke will offer private dining as a unique venue for leisure celebrations. The property will allow guests to take advantage of Hilton's award-winning Hilton Honors loyalty program.

"The Hotel Group is delighted to manage the soon opening Hilton Garden Inn Redmond, which promises to be one of the most exceptional HGI's in the Hilton system. The Hilton Garden Inn Redmond will be THG's 50th new build in our 35 years of business," stated Douglas Dreher, President and CEO, The Hotel Group. "We are excited to be a part of the thriving city of Redmond, home to Microsoft and many other tech companies, plus a multitude of outdoor and recreational activities. It is an honor to be working with Kauri Investments and Washington Holdings to help make the Hilton Garden Inn Redmond a successful, significant, enduring property and investment."
