Filter Club, founded by David Gutstadt, made its debut in Philadelphia in June as the first private lifestyle club of its kind to combine world-class entertainment, social, wellness and business offerings under one roof. Offsite is the last piece of the puzzle that makes Gutstadt's vision for Fitler Club come to life as a true work/stay/play destination for a new generation of leaders.
Led by the team behind Fitler Club, Offsite features unparalleled service and fashion forward, modern design to offer an elevated work experience. With a focus on detail, technology, and functionality, refined and natural materials create a relaxed, professional atmosphere where Philadelphia's budding innovation can be harnessed under one roof.
Membership is open to the public, however preferred pricing is available for Fitler Club members. Offsite members can choose from a variety of work space options including: private office suites as well as customizable options with conference rooms, dedicated open desks and executive offices. All Offsite members have access to seven conference rooms with state-of-the-art AV capabilities and "zoom room" conference options, ten phone booths for added privacy to make calls, and a fully stocked pantry with sweet and savory snacks, La Colombe on tap, draft lattes, and a La Cimbali espresso machine.
The number of coworking spaces in the US has skyrocketed in recent years and show no signs of slowing down.
-
According to a recent report, 7 million people are forecasted to be working in coworking spaces by the end of 2019.
-
This growth in coworking spaces is apparent in Philadelphia - in fact, 90% of the spaces at Offsite have already been rented and there is a waitlist of over 100 members.
-
Other companies such as Kismet Cowork and Bond Collective have also tapped into this trend and are exploring expansion options to accommodate the demand as well.
