The 419-room Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Suites announced the completion of its multi-million-dollar renovation today, debuting new public spaces, guest rooms and a new restaurant — Mosaic Kitchen, Bar and Lounge.

Inspired by the many scenic and diverse landscapes of Ontario, the newly redesigned hotel features clean and modern spaces with warm colour tones and light wood throughout, creating a calming and zen-like atmosphere for visitors traveling to and from Pearson International Airport (YYZ) looking for a tranquil respite.

In addition to the transformation of the lobby and lounge-like common areas, guests can look forward to fully renovated rooms in the hotel's North Tower. All of the new guestrooms feature refreshed bathrooms, bright light, unique artwork, plush linens, sleek and modern furniture and touches of wood throughout the rooms. The newly renovated, spacious and elegant junior suites feature hardwood floors, semi-private bedrooms and living areas with ergonomic chairs and sofas for premium relaxation. Redesigned King Premium Corner Suites offer an open concept living room with modern touches, including a floor-to-ceiling electric fireplace and a large circular sofa and large bathroom.

The hotel's new restaurant, Mosaic Kitchen, Bar and Lounge, is a culinary expression of rustic, comforting dishes with a Southern Ontario and global influence, featuring homestyle recipes from the hotel's team members. Diners can delight in trying Nonna's Meatballs in house-made marinara served with creamy ricotta or opt for a vegan-friendly dish with the Quinoa Vegetable Burger made with oats, pecans, brown rice, mushrooms, roasted peppers and vegan mayonnaise on a potato chive bun. Cocktail enthusiasts can sip on craft classics and signature cocktails, including the warming Smoked Maple Old Fashioned. A perfect location for unwinding and recharging, this casually elegant restaurant is home to an open-kitchen and open-flame oven, oval-shaped bar, artisanal pizza station and charcuterie bar.

For guests looking to unwind or keep up with their fitness routine, the hotel's renovated fitness center features cardio and weight-training equipment and spa-like changing rooms. Guests can play a game of squash or basketball on the newly refurbished courts. Jet-lagged travelers can also recharge with laps in the property's bright pool, which features a retractable roof that opens up to Toronto's colourful outdoors throughout the year.

Perfect for meetings, conferences and social events, the hotel is home to 21 redesigned and recently refreshed meeting rooms with a combined total of 33,000 square feet of meeting space, with most rooms having natural light and a 10,000-square-foot ballroom.

Conveniently located directly across from Pearson International Airport (YYZ) with a complimentary 24-hour airport shuttle, Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Suites is just a 25-minute train ride from downtown Toronto, providing close access to some of the city's most popular shopping, theatre and cultural attractions, as well as the Toronto Congress Centre and International Centre.
