The hotel, located on Old Milton Parkway across from Avalon, is equipped with a wellness-savvy staff, best-in-class fitness experience, balanced food choices and relaxing spaces. Owned by Epelboim based in Miami, and managed by IHG, the property is the brand's first location in Georgia. The hotel is the result of a strong relationship between Epelboim and IHG.
EVEN Hotel Alpharetta - Avalon Area is thoughtfully designed with in-room and community amenities that fit unique guest needs. From wellness-focused business travelers to those looking for a weekend getaway, the property features 132 guest rooms, including six suites and eight accessible rooms. Fitness equipment, stand-up desks, headboards with LED mood lighting, spa-inspired showers and premium mattresses with plush linens are available in each room. Each guest room is also equipped with IHG® Studio, a new digital in-room guest entertainment solution. The system allows guests to securely connect and stream content to their in-room TVs from their smart devices, make service requests such as ordering extra pillows or room service, arranging late checkout and accessing the TV remote from the IHG® Rewards Club mobile app.
