Element by Westin®, part of Marriott International, is scheduled to debut in Bloomington, Minnesota today with the opening of the 142-room Element Bloomington Mall of America. Located at 2400 East 82nd Street, the new longer-stay hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Terratron of Park City, Utah. General Manager Jessica Worden and Area Director of Sales Jaimie Anderson lead the management team at the property for Terratron.

Situated just three miles from Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, the Element Bloomington Mall of America offers easy access to the Mall of America, U.S. Bank Stadium, SEA LIFE at Mall of America, Nickelodeon Universe and Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge. The seven-story hotel is perfect for a short trip or extended stay and is nearby to a great variety of shopping, dining and entertainment options, as well as numerous corporate offices.

Many of the guest rooms include a fully-equipped kitchen, efficient work space with a large desk, spa-inspired bathrooms, the signature Heavenly® Bed and high-speed Wi-Fi. When it is time to unwind, the Element Bloomington Mall of America offers the latest in-room entertainment technology, allowing guests to access their Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime and HBO Go accounts, through the HDTV.

The new hotel also offers the brand's unique Studio Commons Connector rooms, communal rooms designed to appeal to a variety of different needs, including friends and family traveling together to celebrate special events or coworkers looking to collaborate on a project. The room type is the first in the industry to blend the convenience of a hotel room with the flexibility and comfort of home, giving guests the best of both worlds while on the road. The Studio Commons Connector rooms offer large communal space with adjacent guest rooms.

The Element Bloomington Mall of America features the brand's signature Rise breakfast, offering health-focused options like a chef-made omelet, a fresh fruit yogurt, specialty coffee and teas, pastries and more.
