Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas Unveils New Elopement Package

In true Las Vegas fashion, the award-winning and game-free Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas hotel has launched a one-of-a-kind wedding experience for couples looking to exchange vows in the heart of the city.

Keeping with the trend of microweddings, the luxury hotel's new Elopement Package was created in response to couples' desires for smaller, more intimate weddings in the new era of physical distancing. The package was also created to include all the elements of Hilton EventReady with CleanStay, Hilton's recently-launched event cleanliness and customer service program, designed with the well-being of attendees and Hilton team members in mind. The package was also inspired by a recent event where the hotel's General Manager Chintan Dadhich was asked by a couple to act as a witness for the exchanging of vows during an intimate ceremony in a guest room.

Ideal for two to five guests, the package features a ceremony in the property's Villa Suite. The one-bedroom suite provides the perfect backdrop for couples tying the knot with stunning floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic views of Las Vegas Boulevard and CityCenter.

The Waldorf Astoria Elopement Package includes:

  • Two-night stay in the hotel's Villa Suite
  • Welcome bottle of Veuve Clicquot "Yellow Label"
  • Intimate wedding ceremony in the couple's Villa Suite
  • Licensed officiant for one hour
  • Professional photographer for one hour with 20 high-quality and edited images to be delivered within three days following the ceremony
  • Choice of a honeymoon cabana at the secluded eighth-floor pool or high tea for two in the stylish Tea Lounge
  • Round-trip transportation for two to the Clark County Marriage License Bureau in the luxurious house car
  • Two embroidered face masks with distinct wedding honorifics for the couple

For those looking for an added layer of luxury, guests can also rent Edge on the 23rd floor, a space with unobstructed views ideal for an intimate ceremony.

In addition to following CDC guidelines, the Waldorf Astoria Elopement package incorporates elements of Hilton's newest cleanliness and sanitation programs for guests, Hilton CleanStay, developed in collaboration with Lysol maker RB and the Mayo Clinic and Hilton EventReady with CleanStay. The Hilton EventReady with CleanStay program sets a new standard for meetings and events, including weddings, at Hilton. This program delivers innovative solutions for the entire event experience - from flexibility in planning and physical distancing protocols to transparency in cleanliness policies and inspiring catering options. With a dedicated focus on health and wellness, the event experience, from planning to execution, is backed by Hilton's world-class hospitality with responsive service from dedicated Team Members.
