Quest Apartment Hotels will open the doors of its newest property Quest Preston on Monday 9 November, marking the company's third opening of 2020 and 42nd property in Melbourne.

Developed by longstanding development partner, Pellicano, Quest Preston is centrally located on much-loved High St in the boutique retail and café precinct. The property arrives in time for major infrastructure projects upcoming in the City of Darebin including the Northland Urban Renewal Precinct and Level Crossing Removal Project, priming the area to become a residential, employment and commercial hub for a population set to swell as much as 35% by 2041*.

Quest Preston will be comprised of 35 studio apartments, 32 one-bedroom apartments and 12 two bedroom apartments. All apartments include fully equipped kitchens and in room-laundry facilities, making it the perfect option for the extended stay business traveller. The property also features a state-of-the-art gym and conference facilities.

Guests of Quest Preston will have close access to the Melbourne CBD with both Regent and Preston train stations 800m away. They will also be just 600m from Preston Market, and a short distance from Melbourne Polytechnic, Northland Shopping Centre and LaTrobe University Bundoora.

A 24-hour on site reception desk, local chargeback dining, pantry shopping service, valet dry cleaning and more will ensure guests of Quest Preston feel at home, taking the hassle out of travel, be it for business or pleasure.

Quest Preston will be operated by experienced Quest franchisees, Mark and Ky O'Shea and Liz and Steve Galea, who despite challenging market conditions remain highly optimistic.
