OCEANS 8

The 11,000 sq.ft. Oceans 8 villa offers a private tropical oasis for complete relaxation. The luxury villa boasts a zen-inspired design that embraces the serenity of nature with an expansive open layout that allows for guests to feel as if they are always outdoors. The heart of the villa is the spacious living area which overlooks the Caribbean sea, and is outfitted with sophisticated décor and some artwork sourced from local craftsmen and artisans.

A step outside reveals a myriad of delights to enjoy. The centerpiece of the outdoor space is the eye-catching infinity-edge pool complete with custom design features including a round jacuzzi spa that intersects at one end, and a fire feature fountain that intersects at the opposite end. An expansive veranda boasts panoramic ocean views of the surrounding waterfront offering a picturesque outdoor setting for dining al 'fresco with seating for up-to 12-guests complete with a separate sit-down bar area.

Each of the villa's six-bedroom suites are thoughtfully designed and include its own private bathroom and breathtaking view with no two rooms the same. The villa's Master Bedroom provides an escape of its own featuring a private outdoor garden space with a large jacuzzi and shower, all of which is enclosed by living walls draped greenery and natural stones. The Children's Playroom is a dream come true for young guests with a large wall-mounted TV and games including Xbox, Pac-Man Classic, foosball, and a Ping Pong Classic machine. Come evening, the Playroom can be converted into a seventh bedroom, a dormitory with six-twin beds for sleeping children - including two sofas that transform into bunk beds and a decorative wall feature with a set of bunk beds all its own.

BELLA VISTA

Perched upon five acres of beautifully landscaped grounds Bella Vista provides a Caribbean wellness escape with privacy and relaxation. Arrival to this villa is especially unique as you are met with an antique French fountain and a grand entry opening to a breathtaking view showcasing the world-renowned retreat's golf course, Caribbean sea, and lush landscape. Bella Vista was architecturally designed and built by Jamaicans who wanted to highlight the property's naturally stunning environment. Each room showcases an inspiring view including the four en-suite bedrooms with private porches, two private outdoor showers along with soaking tubs, swinging benches, and numerous indoor and outdoor dining options which are perfect for taking in the scenery. Outfitted with the latest wellness amenities, the villa features a separate private wellness building complete with premium gym equipment, a plunge pool, a fifth bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and viewing platform. Inside, the villa is exquisitely curated with locally sourced handmade mahogany and teak furniture and timeless features such as the hand sanded floors, and artwork created by Jamaica's most noteworthy artists.
