Claremont Companies announced the opening of Hilton Garden Inn Boston Brookline. Located at 700 Brookline Avenue, this new 10-story, 174-room, all glass exterior Brookline landmark hotel was designed by world renowned CambridgeSeven architects and built by Callahan Construction. The opening marks Claremont Companies' eighth hotel developed in Massachusetts and 20th overall.

Hilton Garden Inn Boston Brookline is located steps away from Boston's prestigious Longwood Medical and Academic Area, Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Boston Children's Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School and the MBTA Green Line that connects Brookline to all points in the city of Boston. Minutes from Fenway Park, Boston universities, and downtown Boston, this urban hotel has revitalized and energized the historic gateway between Brookline and Boston, connecting Brookline Avenue and Boylston Street.

Hilton Garden Inn Boston Brookline offers an elevated, modern, and contemporary design, inspired by the natural elements of the Emerald Necklace Conservancy adjacent to the hotel, that complements the brand's hallmark bright and airy décor. Each guest room features floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views of the Boston Skyline, Olmsted Park, or Boston's Famous Citgo sign in Kenmore Square. Guest rooms boast the brand's signature bedding, featuring fresh, white duvets and crisp linens; a spacious and clutter-free work desk with an ergonomic desk chair; and an in-room "hospitality center" with a mini fridge, microwave oven and coffee maker.

Hilton Garden Inn Boston Brookline will offer numerous value-added amenities and services for guests, including complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property, 24-hour business center with Print Spots™ remote printing, a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor pool, and shuttle service to the Longwood Medical area and the Brookline Village train stop. For biking lovers, a premium guest room with a Peloton for private use may be reserved.

Hilton Garden Inn Boston Brookline also features a modern city tavern on-property called Punch Bowl. This is the newest concept by creative and renowned restauranteurs Jen and Josh Ziskin. Inspired by the 18th-century historic tavern that Brookline was once famous for, the Ziskins' aim is to rekindle the spirit of the Punch Bowl and recreate a communal gathering place in the heart of the village. Created by Chef Amanda Lowry, Punch Bowl's menu will feature a contemporary take on traditional New England fare and will feature signature cocktails influenced by Brookline's unique history and vibrant location.
