Valor Hospitality Partners, a global, full-service hotel acquisition, development, management and asset management company, announced today the addition of the Middle Eastern property, IntercityHotel Dubai Jaddaf Waterfront to their portfolio. The introduction of this hotel to Valor Hospitality's global portfolio marks the brand's first hotel in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The IntercityHotel Dubai Jaddaf Waterfront, located on Dubai Canal in Al Jaddaf, is set to open in late 2021 in a partnership between Valor Hospitality, City Investments LLC and IntercityHotel's overarching hospitality brand Deutsche Hospitality. This strategic partnership highlights a pivotal moment in Valor Hospitality's growth and entry into the Middle East. In the coming months, Valor Hospitality plans to announce additional regional properties in UAE, Oman, CIS and Maldives.

IntercityHotel Dubai Jaddaf Waterfront will open with 138 rooms, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, panoramic canal views, eclectic Matteo Thun interior design, two restaurants, a well equipped fitness center, rooftop pool with sweeping city views, exciting retail and direct pedestrian access to the Canal promenade. Located by the historic Dubai Creek and only a short distance from Dubai International Airport, this centric location places hotel guests near famed Dubai malls, entertainment hubs, Dubai Wharf and noteworthy nearby attractions including the Jameel Art Centre, Jaddaf Waterfront Sculpture Park and Mohammed Bin Rashid Library.
