Novotel, a brand in the world-leading Accor group, has signed a management agreement for the Novotel Living Singapore Orchard. The rebrand from 8 on Claymore Serviced Residences Singapore has been finalised in June 2022 with the 85-key property set to become the very first Novotel Living to operate in Singapore.

Accor commenced white label operations of the property in January 2022 under the name of "8 on Claymore Singapore managed by Accor". Since then, the property has undergone a soft refurbishment of all rooms and public areas.

Novotel Living Singapore Orchard is located in a prime location, a five-minute walk from Orchard MRT, and surrounded by the city's best shopping, as well as a wide choice of restaurants, bars and entertainment, with the Singapore Botanic Gardens just a few minutes' drive away.

New property highlights include the fully refurbished relay lobby, located on the first floor; the Clubhouse, a lounge where guests can have access to a bright and airy space; a beautifully landscaped pool with cabanas; and a gym; all allowing both business and leisure guests to enjoy the comforts of home, enhanced with the services of an international hotel.

The 85-room property will feature a range of modern accommodation, from executive studios to two- and three-bedroom apartments, each with spacious living areas, featuring stylish and practical furnishings including Herman Miller chairs and electric height adjustable tables in selected rooms, fully equipped kitchens, and in-room laundry facilities.

Designed for a new era of travel, Novotel Living is an extended stay brand perfect for guests wishing to experience longer stays, while feeling at home wherever they are in the world.

This property will join Accor's network of 27 properties in Singapore across the Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel, Swissôtel, Novotel, Mercure and ibis brands.
