Before that Rousseau was director of sales at St. Kitts Marriott Resort and the Royal Beach Casino, executive director for Cable Beach Resort Association and director of sales & marketing at Paradise Island Tourism Association. Additionally, she directed the corporate and incentive sales and marketing efforts of the Harbor Beach Marriott & Spa and Norwegian Cruise Lines.
