Kemp GallineauGallineau has an established track record of strong leadership with Gaylord Hotels. Since joining the company in 2001, he has worked on-property at three of the brand’s four hotels. Prior to his position at the Palms, he was vice president and assistant general manager of Gaylord Opryland where, in addition to his operational responsibilities, he had oversight of other Gaylord assets including the Radisson at Opryland, the General Jackson Showboat, Gaylord Springs Golf Links, Wildhorse Saloon and the Transportation Division. He also served as acting general manager of Gaylord National post opening. His 15 years of hospitality industry experience also include positions with the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resorts, Westin and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. As senior vice president and general manager of Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center, Krieger will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the resort and its management team, including hotel and convention center operations.
