Dottie Brienza named Senior Vice President, Global Head of Talent Management at Hilton

Brienza joins Hilton Worldwide from Johnson & Johnson, where she gained more than 20 years of experience, most recently as Vice President, Human Resources, Change, Communication & Education. In that role, she spearheaded the development of the company’s global service delivery model and the overall improvement of their talent management processes. Brienza also led the human resources change management for Johnson & Johnson’s integration of the Pfizer Consumer Healthcare business, the largest acquisition in Johnson & Johnson’s 120-year history. Additionally, Brienza worked for Honeywell, Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation and Hoechst AG.
