Nigel Harris has been appointed Senior Vice President Projects and Product Development at Amari Hotels and Resorts

Prior to joining Amari, Mr. Harris was the Vice President of Technical Services for Hilton International for the South Asia region, where he was responsible for establishing an independent technical and design support function for owners and the development team in the roll out of multi-brand hotels throughout India. A trained architect, Mr. Harris brings to his role over 25 years of senior management experience in hotel, commercial and consultancy companies throughout the Asia Pacific region. His experience in the hospitality industry within the region is extensive, and includes senior regional roles with Shangri La Hotels and Holiday Inn Worldwide. In his new role, Mr. Harris will be an integral part of Amari’s recently announced expansion plans focusing on the profiling of new brands and supporting project and development activity.
