Gregg Herning has been promoted Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Peabody Hotel Group

The Peabody Hotel Group announced today that Gregg Herning, general manager of The Peabody Little Rock, has been promoted within the company, and Monte Hansen, most recently general manager of The Greenbrier, has been named new general manager for the Peabody. Effective immediately, Herning will serve as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Peabody Hotel Group and Director of Sales and Marketing for The Peabody Orlando. In his new role, Herning will oversee sales and marketing functions for the Peabody Hotel Group with direct responsibility for the 1,600-room expansion at the property in Orlando. Hansen, a former rooms director of The Peabody Memphis, returns to the company to continue the momentum of The Peabody Little Rock¹s recent success.
