Michael Sengol named chief executive officer at Meritus Hotels & Resorts

Barely a month into being appointed chief operating Officer of Meritus Hotels & Resorts (MHR), industry veteran Michael Sengol takes the helm as chief executive officer of the Singapore-based hotel management company owned by Overseas Union Enterprise (OUE). As chief executive oficer of OUE’s Hospitality Division, Michael will be based in Singapore overseeing the expansion of the company and strengthening the brands of the individual properties under the MHR portfolio, particularly that of its flagship, Mandarin Orchard Singapore.
