Lily Chen has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry including the pre-openings of Four Points by Sheraton Daning and The Westin Bund Center Shanghai where she developed her professional and leadership skills. Ms. Chen has held various posts with international hotel brands including IHG, Marriott and Starwood Hotels and Resorts. Ms. Lily Chen has extraordinary achievements in accomplishing sales goals, and has won the honors "2005 The Best Sales Award" and "2008 The Platinum Award of the Starwood Asia Pacific Elite program". Now Ms. Lily Chen has joined The Westin Nanjing and will be fully responsible for the successful establishment of The Westin Nanjing on all markets.
