Lark-Marie Antón has been appointed Vice President of Public Relations at Loews Hotels & Co
In her new role, Antón will manage the overall direction and administration of both internal and external public relations and social media activities for the Loews Hotels brand. Antón brings a diverse background in both the public and private sector to Loews. Most recently, she served as vice president of marketing and public relations for the Miss Universe Organization with a wide range of responsibilities, including hands-on production of pageants, celebrity outreach, sponsorships and product placement, promotion of titleholders and crisis management. Prior to Miss Universe, she was the spokeswoman for Verizon Communications, overseeing all media relations and public affairs, as well as the post-9/11 rededication of Verizon headquarters in downtown Manhattan. As chief of staff of the community assistance unit and deputy press secretary for the Mayor’s office of New York City, Antón spent three years with the Bloomberg administration.
