Charles L. Black IIIWith more than 16 years of industry experience, Black has held several esteemed roles at luxury properties in the U.S. and Caribbean. He most recently served as the Director of Sales & Marketing at Cap Juluca, a position he held since 2008. During his tenure, Black played an instrumental role in increasing the property’s overall revenue and repositioning the brand as the Caribbean’s finest resort. Under his direction, Cap Juluca recaptured several prestigious industry accolades, including Travel + Leisure “World’s Best Awards” #1 Resort in Anguilla, 2010. Black also spent over seven years with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in sales and marketing for their properties in Jamaica, Grand Cayman and New Orleans, and previously served as Director of Marketing, Caribbean, for IMI, Luxury Real Estate Sales and Marketing. Black holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Loyola University and is a current member of the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International.
