John B. Beazley has been appointed Managing Director, Hospitality at Trigild in San Diego
Diego-based Trigild—which specializes in receivership, management and consulting services—has named John B. Beazley, CHA, as managing director, hospitality. In his new position, Beazley oversees the operations of hotels, restaurants and other types of enterprise businesses, working closely with the corporate office while leading Trigild’s field based operations team. In addition to directing business operations, Beazley is a key member of the executive team and plays a key role in long-term corporate planning and acquisitions. Prior to joining Trigild, Beazley was executive vice president of Pacifica Hotel Company, which operates a portfolio of hotels, restaurants, resorts and marinas along the Pacific coast and in Hawaii and Florida. During his 16 years with the Santa Barbara, Calif.-based company, Beazley directed a series of multi-million dollar hotel renovations, as well as successfully repositioned dozens of properties in which he built asset values and generated solid investor returns.
