Ana Nekhamkin has been appointed Vice President of Acquisitions and Development at Ian Schrager Company
Prior to her role at Ian Schrager Company, Ms. Nekhamkin spent five years with Morgans Hotel Group where she held a variety of roles, most recently as Director of Development in London. In this position, Ms. Nekhamkin oversaw the company’s expansion efforts in Europe and the Middle East, most notably on projects in Turkey and Qatar. During her tenure, Ms. Nekhamkin also evaluated management and joint venture opportunities in the Americas and was actively involved in the company’s capital markets activities, restructuring initiatives and assets sales. Previously, she served as an analyst for Morgan Stanley’s Real Estate Group. Ms. Nekhamkin is a Summa Cum Laude graduate from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where she received a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in Finance.
