Tim BoothA 20-year Hilton Worldwide veteran, Booth began his hospitality career in food and beverage and catering in the New Orleans area. He joined the Hilton New Orleans Airport Hotel and Conference Center in 1991, rapidly moving upstream filling roles such as food and beverage director, front office director and assistant general manager. Advancing successfully in management, Booth held general manager and hotel manager positions at the Hilton Suites Brentwood, Hilton Chicago, Doubletree Hotel and Executive Meeting Center Somerset and Hilton Tucson El Conquistador Golf and Tennis Resort before taking the helm at Buffalo Thunder in Santa Fe to open New Mexico’s largest resort property and Hilton’s first Native American management agreement with the Pueblo of Pojoaque. A native of New Orleans, Booth attended the hospitality and restaurant program at the University of New Orleans. He has served and participates on several tourism-related industry boards and charitable organizations including New Mexico and Southern Arizona Lodging and Resort Association; Northern Pima County Chamber of Commerce; and Project Graduation for the development of high school seniors.
