Jonathan CrellinMr. Crellin comes to the Boston Harbor Hotel after working for Fairmont Hotels & Resorts for more than fifteen years, most recently serving as general manager of the Fairmont Hamilton Princess in Bermuda and prior, serving as general manager of the Fairmont Copley Plaza in Boston. During his tenure with Fairmont, Mr. Crellin guided both properties in elevating service standards and earning coveted hospitality industry accolades. Committed to hospitality education, Mr. Crellin is a member of the UMASS Amherst Hospitality and Tourism Management Program Advisory Board. He has been a guest lecturer at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Boston University, Johnson & Wales University and Bermuda College. In addition, Mr. Crellin has presented programs on service and marketing to New England HSMAI, the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce, the Massachusetts Lodging Association and the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. Crellin holds a B.S. degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Travel Administration with a minor in Economics, from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a certificate in Hotel Real Estate and Asset Management from Cornell University, School of Hospitality Administration. Raised in the Boston area, Crellin and his family are happy to return to Boston and call it home once again.
