Victoria Nickleinternational Bliss Spa, winning the Condé Nast Traveler award for Best Urban Day Spa in 2001. Moving to the United States, she joined Steiner Leisure as corporate director of operations for Mandara Spa,s where she was responsible for the daily operation of 17 national and international resort spas. In 2006, she gained the additional responsibility of director of special projects, opening new spas for Steiner with partner hotels including Disney, Kerzner, Hilton and Marriott. In January 2007 Victoria moved to Texas as director of spa operations for Omni Hotel Group. Based in Irving, Texas, she was instrumental in positioning the property's spa as a top performer. Most recently she operated a private day spa in McKinney, Texas near her residence.
