Oliver BardaThe 39-year-old native of Lüneburg in northern Germany already has 24 years of experience and can boast with the best references from renowned hotel restaurants in Germany, Switzerland and Slovenia. Several of his stints were at hotels of the Kempinski Group: the Hotel Adlon and Hotel Bristol in Berlin, the Hotel Atlantic in Hamburg, Schloss Reinhartshausen in Eltville-Frankfurt, the Grand Hotel des Bains in St. Moritz, and the Palace Portoroz in Slovenia. Barda also served as executive chef of the restaurant at the Park Hotel Vitznau at Lake Lucerne, which earned 16 Gault Millau points, as well as two further restaurants at the Carlton Hotel St. Moritz. His past employers also include the Maritim Seehotel Timmendorfer Strand (one Michelin star) as well as the cruise ships MS Berlin and AIDA vita.
