Kelley Cosgrove Cosgrove, who after five years of working at The Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa Resort, officially began her new appointment on the first of December 2011. During her tenure at The Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa, the hotel garnered a number of awards and accolades, including a coveted Michelin star for the resort's signature dining room, Sante. Prior to this post, Cosgrove spent a number of years at The Fairmont Kea Lani in Maui, which while under her leadership, received the "Hotel of the Year" award. Cosgrove holds a degree in Health Sciences from Champlain College. She has also completed the Advanced Management Program for the Hospitality Industry at the University of Guelph. Prior to joining Fairmont, she began her career in the hospitality industry with Westin Hotels.
