Previously, Santoro served as the executive chef at the Presidente Intercontinental Hotel in Mexico City. Santoro is also the recipient of several prestigious culinary awards, including Chef of the Year by Intercontinental Hotels of Americas and The Key of Progress Amait for Executive Restaurant Leader. Additionally, Santoro serves as the president of Vatel Club in Mexico and is a member of the Chaine des Rotisseurs.
