Alicia MoranAs the head of the Client Services team for Knowland, she will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end client experience. Moran will ensure Knowland upholds its commitment to provide exemplary customer service. Moran is an executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry, including 10 years managing the Client Services team for Passkey International. She was instrumental in the design and implementation of technical solutions that enabled clients to increase profitability and gain a competitive edge. As Vice President of Client Services, she directed multi-functional teams with a focus on product adoption, ROI and revenue renewal. Previously, Moran was Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Event Travel Management, a hospitality company specializing in managing housing for nationwide expositions, trade shows, and conferences. There she managed the overall day-to-day operations including sales, reservations and group operations. Moran is a visiting lecturer at Johnson & Wales University Hospitality College. She was also a member of the APEX Technology Advisory Council, where she led the APEX Housing & Registration Team in developing industry standards in managing group reservations and processes. She has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Providence College.
