Antonio will be managing DUKES’ restaurant, THIRTY SIX by Nigel Mendham, as well as the stylish and sophisticated Perrier Jouet lounge and the traditionally British Drawing room. With an experienced background in the food and beverage industry, Antonio was previously based at London Syon Park, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel, and the 5 star Romeo hotel in Naples, Italy.
