Pascal Prigent has been appointed General Manager at Angsana Balaclava in Turtle Bay

Pascal Prigent has more than 30 years hospitality experience. He has worked for brands such as Intercontinental Hotels & Resorts, The Regent, Mandarin Oriental and The Peninsula.
