William StringfellowWith 25 years of culinary experience, the UK-born Chef Stringfellow brings expertise and influence from many different areas of the world including Thailand, Malaysia, Japan, Central and North Africa, Saudi Arabia, Europe and the USA. His most recent assignment was in Hong Kong at the Regal Airport Hotel. Under his guidance, the hotel was awarded “Best Airport Hotel in the World” for four consecutive years by Business Traveller UK Magazine. Chef Stringfellow has already begun his assimilation into the St Kitts Marriott family and in his new post will oversee the menus and staff for all eight of the resorts casual and upscale dining establishments. Through the combination of his expertise, the existing team of culinary professionals, and the introduction of more local flavors and cuisine into the menus, an exceptional food and beverage program is in store for guests.
