Greg GoodingGooding arrived in Henderson from Doubletree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld, a 1,094-room property managed by Pyramid Hotel Group, where he had been General Manager since 2008. During his time there, the resort was named one of the Best Place to Work by the Orlando Business Journal in 2011, and was awarded Sales Team of the Year by Pyramid Hotel Group in 2010 and Developer of the Year by Hilton in 2009. Previously he served as General Manager at South Seas Island Resort, a 330-acre luxury address on Captiva Island, Florida, where he led 500 employees through an 18-month, multimillion-dollar revitalization and rebranding following extensive damage caused by Hurricane Charley in 2004. The resort debuted to numerous accolades, including ranking as one of the top three family resorts in the country by Parents magazine. Before taking the reins on Captiva Island, Gooding spent nearly a decade with Wyndham Worldwide, managing leading luxury properties across North America and the Caribbean and earning recognition for spearheading training programs that took hotel amenities and services beyond brand standards. He was honored with numerous awards along the way, including Manager of the Year and Leadership Manager of the Year.
