Charles Prew has been appointed Associate Director at Legacy Hotels and Resorts
A forward-thinking UK-wide hotel group has appointed an Associate Director to help them further expand their portfolio. Highly experienced Charles Prew, who has worked in the hotel industry for 44 years, has joined Legacy Hotels and Resorts, which was formed in 2005, in order to increase their volume and variety of management contracts as well as helping them move into asset management in regional hotels across the UK. Charles established The Prew Partnership last year and was appointed by Ernst and Young in the role of CEO to maximise the trading performance during the administration of Von Essen Hotels which led to the successful sale of the majority of its hotels. Since last September, he has provided asset management services to the owner of six InterContinental Hotels in major European cities with a brief to improve both the quality of the product and the profitability of the hotels.
