Kitty TangWith a major in hotel management at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Tang has worked in the industry for over 20 years, particularly in banqueting and catering services. Prior to joining Eaton Smart, Hong Kong, she was the director of catering of Langham Place, Hong Kong, and has been working with the hotel since its pre-opening. She also held managerial positions for various five-star hotels, including Furama Hotel and Regal Airport Hotel in Hong Kong. In her new role as the director of food and beverage at Eaton Smart, Tang will assist Shane Pateman, GM of Eaton Smart, Hong Kong, in overseeing the hotel’s food and beverage division, which consists of banqueting service and seven restaurants and bar including Yat Tung Heen, the outpost of the Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant at Great Eagle Centre.
