InterContinental Fiji has appointed IHG veteran Luke Mitchell as their new Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. With more than 11 years experience the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) Mr. Mitchell’s appointment to the award-winning resort is set to be the pinnacle of his career and he is looking forward enriching his expertise with the world renowned brand. Originally employed as a banquets attendant at Holiday Inn Surfer’s Paradise, Mr. Mitchell soon spread his wings to take on supervisory and managerial positions, and aspires to become a General Manager.
