Adrian MesserliAdrian grew his passion for the hospitality industry in his family's hotel in the Swiss Alps. After completing a culinary apprenticeship Adrian followed his roots in the hotel industry and graduated from the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne. Following graduation, he joined Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and became a citizen of the world, working his way up various food and beverage division management assignments with Four Seasons in Chicago, USA; Great Exuma in the Bahamas; and Carmelo, Uruguay. More recently, before joining Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh, Adrian served as Food and Beverage Director of Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon in Portugal. His passion for fine culinary experiences and wines is not only limited to his work environment; Adrian is also active member of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, and a big supporter and founding member of the a culinary school in Evora to grow culinary and service talent for young adults in need.
