Prior to joining Hotel Monaco, Moodie as Director of Guest Services at Cuvée Ventures & Cuvée Escapes, a private equity fund in Denver that invests in customer residences around the world. She was responsible for all human resource facets, managed reservations for all guest visits, oversaw all property management, and handled guest surveys and experiences. She also served as Chief to Staff for Pelican Advisors, LLC for three years in San Francisco. Moodie again held full responsibility for all aspects of Human Resources, managed the operations staff, and identified and upheld all service standards. Lastly, Moodie worked as Hotel/Resident Manager for the Sky Lodge in Park City, Utah. Here, she coordinated operations including hotel staffing revenue and yield management, controlling costs, maximizing profit, and developing a specialized guest satisfaction survey. She also directly oversaw residences including all amenities. Moodie received her Masters of Business Administration at the University of Alabama.
