Stephen HilliardRaised in Lancaster, New Hampshire, and educated at local schools, Hilliard's roots run deep at the Omni Mount Washington Resort. His parents celebrated their 50th anniversary at the hotel; his father's factory crafted butcher block furniture for Bretton Woods Ski Area Base Lodge; and he worked at the resort during summers while pursuing a BS degree in Hotel Administration from the Whittemore School of Business & Economics at the University of New Hampshire. Hilliard has over 30 years of experience encompassing multiple disciplines including: full service hotels and luxury resorts, vacation rental and the various forms of shared ownership, private and public golf and beach club operations, marinas and retail shops. He was most recently with The St. Joe Company, a publicly owned developer of resort lifestyle and residential communities and one of the largest private landowners in Florida. Recruited as Managing Director Resort & Clubs, he was promoted to Vice President Resort & Club Operations in 2007 and in 2011 became Senior Vice President, Operations with responsibility for more than $250 million in assets including the highly rated WaterColor Inn & Resort in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.
