Amy Kantorczyk has moved from her food & beverage role at The Fairmont Kea Lani to serve as director of operations at The Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa. Kantorczyk brings over 14 years of hospitality experience to this position, beginning her career in 1998 at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, DC.
