Herry Firmansyah has been appointed General Manager at Swiss-Belhotel Tarakan in East Kalimantan
Mr. Firmansyah started his career in the hotel industry as Housekeeping Attendant, working his way up through the positions of Senior Front Desk Attendant, Income Auditor, Front Office Manager, Sales & Marketing Manager, and Front Office & E-commerce Manager. He has worked in a number of locations throughout Indonesia and has broad experience in hotel Operational Management, Financial Management and Personnel Management. He is a recipient of the Certificate of Excellent Service from the President of the Republic of Indonesia.
