Hagop Tchaparian has over 14 years of sales & marketing experience and rapidly established himself in the markets he performed at, by winning and securing new businesses and retaining customer's loyalty. Hagop joined the company in January 2008 as a Senior Sales Manager in Doha Marriott Hotel. In May 2010, after proving his leadership abilities & outperforming in the market; Hagop was promoted to Director of Corporate Sales. During his time in Doha he enjoyed great successes, developing the hotel's account portfolio through new business generation and shifting share from local competitors. Continually striving for excellence, Hagop has proven to be one of Marriott's Sales Leaders who consistently leads from the front & converts every opportunity into definite business. Hagop has been a great asset to Marriott and with his wide experience in GCC & source markets; he will help further positioning of the Dubai Marriott Harbour Hotel & Suites into higher ranks within Dubai & the Middle East.
