Andrew GarciaMr. Garcia came to China in 1988, he had been worked in Beijing, Hong Kong, Xian, Chongqing, 3 landmark hotels in Guangzhou and several other cities. Among his working history, he has been involved in Human Resource, Food and Beverage, Marketing and Sales and Room Division. Mr. Garcia always says, 'Working in hotels is not a solitary pursuit; it is the ultimate "team sport," in which success is derived from the collective performances of remarkable people united in purpose and dedication to service.'

25 March 2010 — Mr. Gerber has over 30 years in the hospitality industry. His first General Manager’s posting in Hong Kong was at the Victoria Hotel in 1985 which he also held the position as Area Director of Operations of New World Hotels.

Prior to joining the Group, he had spent the last 18 years with Marco Polo Hotels, during which he held the positions of General Manager of the Hongkong Hotel, Vice President, Marketing & Operations and Area Director for Marco Polo’s three Hong Kong properties.
