Cedric SordillonSordillon brings with him over twenty years of experience in the hospitality industry, including serving as director of food and beverage at 4-star Miramar Crouesty Hotel, Thalasso & Spa in Brittany, France, and Es Saadi Garden & Resort in Marrakech, the second largest hotel in Morocco, where he oversaw a team of 400 employees. He most recently served as director of food and beverage at the 5-star Lux* Ile de la Reunion which won Best Hotel of the Year 2012 at the Travel Awards in Singapore. At the Radisson Blu Resort, Marina & Spa St. Martin, Sordillon plans to lead his staff by example, bringing a warm, relaxed personality to their professional service. Sordillon is a graduate of Vatel Hotel School in Nimes, France and holds a degree in Hotel Management.
